support -- from timber, fishing and water interests -- the bill enjoyed, the
Arcata Democrat said. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

  Joaquin</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Valley</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
with poor drainage and salt, selenium and boron tainted soils.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
